Project Overview

A glass storefront for a new Olde Kensington corner

Corner 2nd is a five-story, 71-unit apartment building at 1222 N 2nd Street in Philadelphia's Olde Kensington neighborhood, developed by Palladium Group and designed by Harman Deutsch Ohler Architecture. The building pairs residences above with roughly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

ABCO Glazing furnished and installed the ground-floor storefront, using a Gamco curtainwall system glazed with glass from Bluestar Glass to give the building's retail level a clean, full-height glass street frontage.
